Robbie Blau
Chief Executive Officer
Robbie founded Nucleus Corporate Finance in 1999 and remained its Managing Director until his appointment as CEO of sgfleet’s operations in Australia. At Nucleus he was involved in providing strategic and corporate advice to listed and large private companies and their executives. He also ran the private equity arm of Nucleus. Robbie became increasingly involved with Super Group Limited, running a number of strategic projects for the executive team in addition to managing all of Super Group’s corporate advisory work. Robbie has been intimately involved in Super Group’s international expansion since its inception, working with the group CEO for the past 10 years. Robbie has been responsible to the Super Group Limited board for the Australian Businesses on an operational level since acquisition. He immigrated to Australia in July 2006 to take up his appointment as CEO of SG Fleet Pty Ltd.
Kevin Wundram
Chief Financial Officer
Kevin is a Chartered Accountant and has been with the Super Group group of companies for seven years. He joined Super Group as a member of the Special Projects Division and was involved in numerous projects and initiatives across the group. These included the acquisition and disposal of numerous businesses, the start-up of new ventures in the fleet management and dealerships divisions as well as secondment into financial positions in different divisions within the group. Kevin was also a member of the management committees of the Supply Chain, Automotive Components and Commercial Vehicle Dealership divisions. In June 2006 he was transferred to Australia to take up the position of CFO at sgfleet. Prior to joining Super Group, Kevin spent six years with KPMG in the Audit and Corporate Finance departments.
Ron Polkinghorne
Executive Director
Ron has been active in the specialist Fleet Management and Leasing industry for in excess of 23 years and in the broader financial services sector for over thirty years. Ron headed up Custom Fleet from January 1986 until its sale by the National Australia Bank in July 2006. Under Ron's stewardship, Custom Fleet grew from a portfolio of 4,000 vehicles under management/leasing with operations only in Australia to a world class entity in its industry, operating a single business model across three countries with in excess of 100,000 vehicles under management.
Ron was appointed Executive Director of sgfleet in October 2006.
Andy Graham
General Manager Business Systems
Andy has been working in the IT industry for over 10 years and has spent the majority of that time providing technology solutions specifically to the Fleet Management industry. Andy's previous role was Global IT Manager at one of the largest Fleet Management companies in Australasia, a company which he began working with in their UK office in his hometown of Carlisle. Andy worked his way up the ranks and in 2003 was transferred to Australia to head up the eBusiness development team in Sydney during which time he played a significant role in revitalising their Online Services in both the Australasian and UK markets. In 2004 Andy was promoted to the role of Global IT Manager and held that role up until he joined sgfleet in July 2006.
David Fernandes
General Manager Strategic Projects
David is degree qualified in Mathematics and Finance and has worked in the Fleet Management industry for 8 years across the Australian, UK and New Zealand markets. He was the Global Information Technology Manager for Custom Fleet and then moved to New Zealand where he was the Operations Manager and Financial Controller. David has key experience in business acquisitions and subsequent integrations, in particular the integration of FleetAustralia and SMB and the acquisition of Commercial Fleet by sgfleet in 2007. David has also worked on key projects at Hertz Fleetlease (Australia and New Zealand), Fleet Systems (Australia), and Eden Vehicle Rentals (UK).
He joined sgfleet in December 2006.
Yogan Nagaratnam
General Manager Finance
Yogan has 25+ years experience within the global Fleet Management and Asset Finance industries and has held senior finance roles within National Australia Bank, Custom Fleet and GE / Custom Fleet. An MBA graduate, Yogan’s broad skill set includes financial governance, consultancy, and the acquisition and integration of related businesses.
Yogan joined sgfleet in October 2006.
Annie Margossian-Kenny
General Manager Risk and Resource Development
Annie has been working in the Finance industry for 12 years. She has spent the last 10 years specialising in Risk Management for the Asset Finance and Fleet Management sectors in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. During this time, Annie has overseen the establishment of continuous improvement programs, performance management frameworks and lending and risk management functions on a global basis. She joined sgfleet in February 2007.
