If you are involved in an incident and your insurance is with SG Fleet, please call us for personal lease driver support. Kindly note if you supply your own insurance, you must contact your provider directly for any service or assistance regarding the incident.

MOTs, tyres or brakes

For MOT, tyre or brake bookings, please visit the Kwik Fit portal for lease car advice. If your insurance is provided through SG Fleet and you require a windscreen repair or replacement, please call us and select the appropriate option.

Travelling abroad?

If you intend to take your vehicle abroad, please call us. You will need to request a formal letter of authority (form VE103B) before travelling abroad. Please refer to the FAQs below or lease driver guide for more information.

If you are involved in an accident or require claim assistance and your insurance is provided by SG Fleet, please immediately call the driver helpline on 0344 85 45 161 and select option 1, then option 2.

 
Our team will guide you through the optimal steps to follow, given your incident. If your insurance is with SG Fleet, all incidents, however minor, must be reported without exception to accident support immediately. If you supply your own insurance, please contact your provider directly and follow the appropriate accident support process as per your policy.
Please contact our breakdown provider via the driver helpline at 0344 85 45 161 and select option 1, then option 1 immediately for support. This will be managed by our service provider, utilising the complimentary assistance program if your lease vehicle is under warranty and, where applicable, properly.

 
When the breakdown provider arrives, they will assess the nature of the failure and advise on the necessary course of action for resolution.
To book a service, you may either use our website or call the driver helpline at 0344 85 45 161 and select option 1, then option 3.
If you're taking a lease vehicle to Europe, you'll need paperwork (VE103B). We can also arrange suitable European breakdown cover. Please call 0344 85 45 123 14 days before your trip to allow for VE103B delivery.
