What is Novalease?

Novalease is a unique car employee benefits scheme, which is based on personal leasing.


It’s an arrangement between you, SG Fleet and your employer. You take out a personal lease with SG Fleet, and then you and your employer enter into a novation agreement. This allows the lease payments to be taken from your salary through salary sacrifice, helping you save on tax and National Insurance.


It’s a fully maintained package, bringing everything together into one easy monthly payment with no deposit required. Once your lease is set up through Salary Sacrifice, your employer makes the monthly deduction directly from your salary.
