If your salary sacrifice contract includes vehicle repairs, servicing, MOTs, tyre or brake changes, you can easily book these services using the links below. We’ll contact you to finalise the necessary agreements. Alternatively, you can book directly with our dedicated network of repair agents. Breakdowns

If a breakdown in a lease car occurs, please call us. This will be managed by our breakdown provider, utilising the complimentary manufacturer assistance programme if your lease vehicle is under warranty and where applicable.

Accident management

If you are involved in an incident and you have insurance cover through your salary sacrifice scheme with SG Fleet, please call us. If you provide your own insurance, you will need to contact your provider directly for any support or service relating to the incident.

MOTs, tyres or brakes

For MOT, tyre or brake bookings, please visit our online Kwik Fit fleet bookings portal. If your insurance is provided through salary sacrifice with SG Fleet and you need a windscreen repair or replacement, please call us and select the appropriate option.

Travelling abroad?

If you want to take your vehicle abroad, please call us. You will have to request a letter of authority (form VE103B) prior to travelling abroad. Refer to the FAQs below or the driver guide to learn more.

If you are involved in an accident or need to make a claim and insurance is provided through your salary sacrifice scheme with SG Fleet, please call the driver helpline on 0344 85 45 161 and select option 1, then option 2.

 

The team will guide you through the best steps to follow. If you have insurance provided by SG Fleet, all incidents, no matter how small, need to be reported to our accident management team. If you handle your own insurance, please contact your insurance provider and follow the relevant accident management process as per your policy.

Please contact our breakdown provider via the driver helpline at 0344 85 45 161 and select option 1, then option 1 for breakdown assistance. This will be managed by our service provider, utilising the complimentary manufacturer assistance programme if your lease vehicle is under warranty and where applicable.

 

When the breakdown provider arrives, they will assess the nature of the failure and advise on the necessary course of action.

To book a service, you can either go through our website or call the driver helpline at 0344 85 45 161 and select option 1, then option 3.
If you’re taking a vehicle to Europe, you’ll need some paperwork (VE103B). We can also arrange European breakdown cover. Please call 0344 85 45 123 14 days before your trip to allow for VE103B delivery.
