Inspect365

A safety online inspection tool to report and resolve vehicle issues.

Inspect. Report. Resolve.

Inspect365 helps keep your vehicles maintained, your people safe, and your organisation compliant with laws and regulations. Simple, accountable, and connected.

How it works

Inspect365 lets your staff easily inspect the condition of your vehicles and report the findings, helping you to identify and resolve any issues.

It can also align with SG Fleet vehicle maintenance so when you present your vehicle for repairs, we can manage, review, and authorise what is needed to get your vehicles moving again.

To submit an inspection, an operator can report vehicle conditions and raise any concerns or defects online, in real-time, providing supporting photos and documents. To prioritise defects, managers can review and choose to manage the repairs in-house or refer to a preferred supplier.

To manage repairs, suppliers are notified, receiving all necessary job details and SG Fleet can manage approvals of work required. Once repairs are completed, the defect is marked resolved, providing you with a full audit trail to ensure compliance and peace of mind.

FAQs

Yes. Inspect365 can help you monitor heavy commercial vehicles for faults and issues just as easily as it can help with light commercials and passenger cars.

Comply with NHVL regulations, but we have subsequently had other customers managing large passenger fleets take up Inspect365 to ensure all their staff have well-maintained vehicles available to them.

It may very well be. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that your existing system adapts to changes in the industry, keeps on top of advances in technology and helps you comply with WH&S regulations considering the vehicle is an extension of the workplace for your employees.

Possibly. What is reasonably practical in each case will depend on the circumstances. For example, it is likely that at least having a system in place to ensure the repair was resolved satisfactorily by an appropriately qualified agent and that that resolution was recorded, would be considered ‘reasonable steps’ or ‘reasonably practical’ in most circumstances.

Inspect365 helps with safety management, and compliance with the NHVL, in three key ways:

  • It allows for drivers or other designated personnel to conduct streamlined digital safety inspections of heavy vehicles.

  • It allows for easy reporting of any issues detected during inspections. Importantly, Inspect365 has a large number of repairers within its system so that any issues can be directly booked in with the repairer.

  • It allows for resolution of the issue. Inspect 365 permits suppliers carrying out repairs to sign them off on completion, thus ‘closing the loop’ and providing evidence of action taken to resolve the issue and details of the repairer.
