Please advise all service providers that you are driving an SG Fleet vehicle.

What to do in case of an accident
No matter whose fault it is, make sure you:
- Make the scene safe. If emergency services are required or someone is injured, call 000.
- Exchange details with the other driver(s), including driver’s licence, address, vehicle registration and contact numbers.
- Record details of any witnesses, including name and contact numbers. If possible, take photos of vehicle damage and accident scene.
- Do not admit liability.
- Report the accident to SG Fleet on 1300 138 235.
Servicing and repairs for Tyres, Batteries and Windscreens
For vehicle servicing and repairs, SG Fleet has arrangements with manufacturer dealerships and national suppliers.

Lost or stolen fuel cards
During business hours:
Call the SG Fleet fuel card team on 1300 138 235
Outside of business hours:
Send email to fuelcards@sgfleet.com and provide details of your registration number and the type of fuel card that was lost or stolen.
Please also contact the fuel supplier directly on their 24-hour assistance line to advise them to freeze the lost or stolen fuel card to prevent fraudulent activity.
