Talent can take you a long way. Pair it with ambition, opportunity and the determination to keep pushing further, and there’s no telling where it might lead.

That’s something Yasmeen Janschek and Zarlie Goldsworthy know a thing or two about.

This AFLW season, the SG Fleet Women’s Network is proud to be player partner of the GIANTS players Yasmeen and Zarlie, supporting two exceptional young talents with plenty of potential and who are set for an exciting season ahead.

Their paths into the game may look different, but Yasmeen and Zarlie share plenty in common: talent, drive and a raft of ambition.

On 16 August 2026, Yasmeen made her AFLW debut in the GIANTS’ opening round win against the West Coast Eagles at ENGIE Stadium, adding another chapter to a sporting journey that has already moved from the netball court, through the GIANTS Academy and onto the AFLW stage.

It’s been a rapid rise, but at just 20 years old, Yasmeen’s AFLW journey is only just beginning.

Three consecutive selections in the AFLPA 22Under22 squad, including three final team appearances, have only strengthened her standing as one of the games brightest young stars. With plenty of football still ahead of her, there’s every reason to believe Zarlie is only just getting started.

At its heart, our Women’s Network is about creating opportunities for women to connect, grow and realise their potential. While much of that work starts within SG Fleet, it certainly doesn’t end there.

There’s real value in seeing young talent succeed and in making sure the work, progress and achievements along the way are seen, shared and celebrated. It’s a thread that runs through our Women’s Network, whether that’s recognising the women making an impact across our business, or supporting inspiring players like Yasmeen and Zarlie as they build their careers at the highest level.

We’re proud to play a small part in that, and we’ll be cheering them on throughout the 2026 AFLW season.
