Setting up your mySG account
Welcome to mySG – a new way to manage your novated lease.
Set up your account today to:
- See what’s included in your novated lease package, including your balance and reports.
- Submit reimbursement requests and track progress online.
- Track the delivery status of your car; and
- View or search your transaction history… all at the click of a button.
To set up your account:
1. For existing novated lease customers with access to FleetIntelligence:
- Visit https://mysg.sgfleet.com and log in with your existing credentials.
2. For new novated lease customers, or if you’ve never logged into our online portal before, please register below.
- Visit https://mysg.sgfleet.com and click register.
- Enter your email address and follow the prompts.
- Once registered, you’ll receive an email to setup your password and log in from there.
Note: Please use your work email address to register, or the email that you’ve previously interacted with SG Fleet with.
Please use the email address that you’ve registered with SG Fleet, with previously. This will likely be a work email address, however it might be worth looking back at previous correspondence you’ve had with us if you’re unsure of which email address to use.
If you’re still having trouble, please email novatedservice@sgfleet.com and a member of our team will assist you.
You can only reset your password once you have already registered with mySG.
Once registered, you will see a new log in screen with a reset password button. If you’d like to reset your password, click this button and enter your registered email address.
You will then receive a reset password link and can follow the prompts to choose a new password and log in.
Once you’ve successfully registered for mySG, you will be able to log in with your email address and password moving forward at mySG.sgfleet.com
