Click on My orders to see your car’s delivery status and estimated delivery date (EDD).
As your delivery date gets closer, a member of our team will be in touch to organise your paperwork and delivery. We’ll send you an email to introduce your Delivery Coordinator and confirm next steps.
Once your car has been ordered, we can’t make any changes to the car, or any pre-fitted accessories. If you’ve changed your mind, or circumstances have changed, please get in touch with our team to discuss what options may be available.
No. Payroll deductions will only begin once your car is delivered.
Fuel
If you’ve included fuel in your package, we’ll organise your fuel card(s) and send them to you once your car is delivered. This could take up to 10 business days, please check your email for updates. Fuel cards are dispatched separately and posted to the mailing address listed on your account.
If you need to fill up before your card(s) arrive, simply keep your receipt, and submit a reimbursement request by going to My Package > Request reimbursements.
EV charging
If you’ve included electricity in your package, you can request a reimbursement from an EV charging station. Simply pay directly, keep a valid tax invoice and submit your expenses by clicking on My Package > Request reimbursement.
