Terms and conditions

In submitting for reimbursement of electricity costs relating to home charging of my battery electric vehicle I confirm that the below conditions have been met and the information I have supplied to be true and correct, and where required I will provide substantiation and information to SG fleet to support the claimed amount.

• This to be a true and accurate record of the Kilometers I have travelled in my Battery Electric Novated Lease Vehicle within the date range provided.
• I have not claimed via my lease package any commercial charging costs during the date period provided to SG Fleet.
• I have an agreement/account with an electricity retailer in my name (joint names is allowable) at my primary residential residence that matches the registered address of my battery electric novated lease vehicle.
• If requested, I can provide a copy of the electricity account to substantiate the claim and information.
• I have checked and can confirm that my bank details for reimbursement within SG Fleets Fleet Intelligence system are correct.
• I understand and agree that the amount reimbursed will be 4.2c per km travelled in the period reported.
• I understand and agree that the reimbursement of this amount will come from my current salary packaging account balance, and that if required I may need to recost my package.
• I understand and agree that the reimbursement of this amount will be processed by SG Fleet and this may not be in line with standard reimbursement processing timelines and that SG Fleet will advise me once this has been processed.
