Important

Our internship program is open to university students in the final year of their degree. Interns will be located at our head office in Pymble, Sydney. The nearest train stations are Pymble and Gordon, and our own shuttle bus regularly travels between these stations and the Pymble office.

Our six-month paid internship starts in February 2027 and is designed to align with your final year of study. You’ll gain hands-on experience, work alongside industry experts, and contribute to projects that matter, while building the skills and confidence to launch your career.

IT opportunities include:

Information Technology: Support a variety of day-to-day IT operations in an enterprise environment. Gain hands-on experience in user onboarding and offboarding processes, including laptop and mobile device setup, configuration and deployment. Learn the fundamentals of network and system administration while contributing to the smooth running of internal IT infrastructure.


Software Engineering: Collaborate in cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain innovative digital products and services. Support the automation of business processes and explore emerging technologies such as generative AI, cloud computing, and microservice architecture. Contribute to technical investigations, prototype development and the delivery of scalable solutions that support enterprise goals.


Data and Analytics: Work with internal and external customers to design and build robust data pipelines, analytical models and reporting solutions. Gain experience transforming data into actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organisation. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver scalable, high-quality analytics tools.


AI (Technology / Commercial): Develop prototypes and proof of concepts for GenAI-powered automation by analysing business processes and identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with teams to implement and refine large language models for specific tasks. Explore emerging GenAI technologies and suggest practical ways they can be applied to real business challenges. In addition, support commercial operations through data analysis, automation and strategic research.

Finance opportunities include:

Treasury Operations: Support the processing of urgent funding requests, payments and payee control tasks. Assist with verifying banking details and help complete registrations and discharges as required. Gain exposure to core treasury functions and learn how financial operations are managed in a corporate environment.


Finance / Accountant: Assist with reconciling debtor and creditor accounts, responding to internal and external account enquiries and maintaining general ledger and bank reconciliations. Support the finance team with daily and month-end processing, reporting and payment allocations. Help process invoices, bank receipts and settlements, and contribute to financial projects, including audits and trend analysis, to meet reporting deadlines.


Credit: Assist the Corporate Credit Analysts with the preparation and analysis of credit requests, including spreading counterparty financials, conducting financial analysis and making recommendations based on findings. Support the preparation of credit write-ups and memorandums for submission and decisioning. This role is part of a team who utilise their credit risk assessment skills and apply well-reasoned credit rationale to recommend credit proposals for approval or otherwise.

Innovation opportunities include:

Voice of Customer: Analyse customer feedback collected through CSAT surveys, complaints, Google Reviews, Product Review, Trustpilot, Genesys, digital feedback tools and other Voice of Customer channels to identify trends, themes and insights that support customer experience improvement opportunities. Utilise AI-assisted analytics tools to evaluate large volumes of structured and unstructured customer feedback, identifying recurring themes, sentiment, emerging risks, customer pain points and opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance. Support the development of customer insight reports, dashboards and performance summaries by analysing customer feedback data, monitoring trends and contributing to the communication of key findings to stakeholders across the organisation. Assist in identifying the underlying causes of customer dissatisfaction, complaints and advocacy by analysing customer feedback, operational data and experience trends to support customer-centric decision-making. Monitor customer experience metrics and Voice of Customer performance measures, identifying significant changes, emerging trends and potential risks to support proactive management of customer outcomes and experience improvement activities. Strong Excel, analytical and critical thinking skills required as is the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.

Client Relationships opportunities include:

Data and Reporting Analyst: Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand customer relationship and operational processes within the novated leasing industry. Undertake data quality reviews and audits to support reporting accuracy and informed decision-making. Identify process improvement opportunities through analysis of existing workflows and documentation. Gather and document business requirements for projects aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by developing process maps, reporting insights and recommendations. Candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to review data and identify trends, anomalies and improvement opportunities. They should demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask and meet deadlines, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with stakeholders across the business.

Legal opportunities include:

Paralegal: Assist the legal team in updating and managing the legal knowledge database to improve overall efficiency of legal service delivery and risk management. The major responsibilities of this position include;

 
  • Monitoring and registering interests on the Personal Property Securities Register in accordance with the business guidelines.
  •  
  • Maintaining internal registers and databases as required to ensure important dates and obligations are not missed.
  •  
  • Supporting contract management, including:
       
    • Filing contracts and updating legal and regulatory registers.
    •  
    • Reviewing, negotiating and drafting documents such as confidentiality agreements, supplier codes of conduct, extensions and simple variations.
    •  
    • Updating internal processes to enhance efficiency.

Application process

 

1. Apply online
To apply, choose your preferred internship stream from the Apply now links above and complete the online application.
2. Online testing
The online tests are focused on cognitive skills, including a numerical, diagrammatic, and emotional intelligence assessment.
3. Phone interview (15 minutes)
Candidates who have successfully passed the online test will receive a call from our team. This will give you the opportunity to provide a short introduction about yourself, your interests, and your application in general.
4. Assessment centre
Following the phone interview, successful candidates will be invited to one of two assessment centres in our Pymble office. The assessments will take place on Wednesday 21 October and Thursday 22 October from 8:30am-12pm and will include a group exercise, an interview, a presentation, and a written exercise.
5. Compliance, including reference and background checks
Following the assessment centre, successful candidates will be offered an internship position in the department of their choice, subject to satisfactory reference and background checks.
