eManage

Easy access to charging to keep your EVs moving.

Access to charging infrastructure

Essential access to charging networks to give your drivers the options they need to keep your electric vehicles moving, and to have consolidated, accountable reporting and cost controls.

How it works

Just like providing fuel cards for drivers of petrol and diesel cars, eManage will provide the service that drivers of electric cars need to keep moving, while providing fleet managers with essential oversight.

In partnership with various charging providers, eManage will help with access to various charging networks, and consolidate the costs and reporting for better vehicle management.

Your fleet EV drivers will need to charge at on-site charging stations and sometimes public charging stations while on the move.

Drivers will be issued with an RFID card specific to their vehicle.

The supplier’s charge data is integrated into Fleetintelligence to give fleet administrators visibility over charger and vehicle activity so they can review operational insights such as:

  • Number of RFID tags in use
  • Charger utilisation (connection, disconnection)
  • Cost of electricity as part of fuel costs - Electricity cost in dollars and amount of kWh supplied.

Benefits

1
Fleet administrators need to know the electricity cost and consumption of each EV (on-site and off-site) while having visibility over the cost, capacity and utilisation of on-site chargers. These operational insights are provided via the Fleetintelligence platform.
2
For administrative ease, any EV infrastructure-related charges, such as monthly invoicing for RFID fees and any public charging done by RFID holders are conveniently included in your usual consolidated invoice.
