Getting drivers back on the road

With Roadside Assistance from SG Fleet, you can be confident your drivers can get back on the road 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anywhere in New Zealand. Don’t leave them stranded by giving them the help they need if the unexpected happens.

How it works

SG Fleet’s Roadside Assistance Service ensures that SG Fleet drivers won’t be left stranded and offers them assistance from a simple jump start to minor mechanical repairs.

Over 80% of callouts are attended to within 60 minutes and we aim to get you back on your journey within an average of 17 minutes from the time we arrive on scene.

The service can be offered from day one, or at the end of the cover provided by the vehicle manufacturer and it is just added to the leasing package when the car gets chosen and is paid for as part of the overall leasing payment.
