You can claim reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses using your Fleetintelligence online account. You will find instructions on how to activate your online account elsewhere in this FAQ.
Once you have logged into your online account, you can submit a request for reimbursement through the ‘activities’ menu item.
Before submitting your claim, please ensure you have sufficient funds and that your current bank details have been updated in your online profile. You can manage your online profile details under your account name in the main menu.
Please note, not all types of out-of-pocket expenses can be claimed, only those that are genuine expenses related to the day-to-day operational costs and upkeep of your novated lease vehicle. This does not include adding new accessories to your vehicle (unless they are replacing existing items), tolls, fines or hire car charges.
